Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us, please contact us (see information on Contact page) for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please give us your name, the order number, the items and the reason for return and we will reply with instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Shipping Schedules/Deadlines

We use UPS Ground for our coffee shipments, and charge you what they charge us. They have been very reliable and offer competitive rates. Your coffee will be roasted and shipped the day after you place your order. Please allow 2-7 days for standard UPS Ground shipments to arrive. Most orders in Iowa will arrive within 2 days of shipment.

At this time, shipping is only possible within the US.
